What Cheverly weather actually does to HVAC systems.

Cheverly gets the full Washington summer: July highs near 90, dew points that stay uncomfortable well after sunset, and afternoon thunderstorms that roll up the Anacostia corridor and take the power with them. The town's mature tree canopy shades roofs and helps a little, but it also means condensers sit in leaf litter and pollen that pack a coil solid by August.
